Faction Skills? - Guild Wars Forums

Hey all I'm having a bit of a problem. I'm trying to figure out the best way to put it!

Alright, well I own Prophecies and Nightfall, not Factions. I have recently gotten into PvP and there are many skills that are Factions skills. Now I want to know is it possible to get skills that are in Factions that aren't in the other two? I know this may sound very vague but I'm just curious. I know there were a lot of skill dupes in Factions from Prophecies and I hear that wasn't done with Nightfall. Is there any way I can get these skills?

The only way to get Factions skills is to... buy Factions (or a PvP factions version or similar).
